The pandemic isn’t over, and despite the NSW and the Federal Government opening up the state and the country, we feel that we should follow our own judgement when it comes to our customer’s, and our own health first. With currently no restrictions in place, and in the interest of protecting our customers, remote services are highly recommended and strongly encouraged wherever practicable, and email (via the contact page) or connecting with us through Facebook is the most viable contact method.
Do you hate, or dislike, or distrust Facebook? Do you not like filling out contact forms, not knowing where they go to? We understand. While Elemental IT has a mobile number listed, we are often on-site at other locations performing necessary work that is unable to be interrupted, because our customers come first. If you are unable to speak to us utilising the mobile number listed, we urge you to use other methods, and we will endeavour to get back to you regarding any legitimate query, as soon as possible.
This depends on the service, and where it’s performed–for instance, whether it’s a callout service or a remote one. Our service costs are aimed to be, and structured around what’s called a flat fee, whereby the price you pay should be the same any time you use our services, however much time we spend performing said service. There are certain things that prohibit this, so feel free to contact us to discuss.
Elemental IT operates out of Junee, NSW, but we aim to service the entire Riverina region. We do not have a store front however, to enable us to offer callout services, and to keep our operating costs low, so we can pass those savings on to you.
